Your journey

🌿 How we support organisations

Creating an inclusive workplace doesn’t happen overnight. Most organisations are already doing some good things — they just need clarity, confidence and support to move forward.

We work alongside you to understand where you are now, what’s already working well, and where small, realistic changes can make the biggest difference.

There’s no judgement, no tick-box exercises, and no one-size-fits-all approach.

Your Journey: 5 Essential Steps

🔍Understanding where you are now

Every organisation is at a different stage when it comes to disability inclusion.

Some are just starting to think about accessibility and reasonable adjustments. Others have policies in place but aren’t sure how well they work in practice. Some are ready to build confidence, consistency and leadership ownership.

We help you identify your current position across areas such as:

  • recruitment and progression

  • workplace adjustments

  • policies and procedures

  • leadership and culture

  • facilities, learning and development

  • staff voice and representation

This gives you a clear, honest picture — and a solid starting point.

🚶‍♀️ Moving forward, step by step

Progress doesn’t mean doing everything at once.

Using a clear, step-by-step approach, we support you to move forward at a pace that works for your organisation. Each step builds confidence, consistency and capability — without overwhelming your teams.

That might mean:

  • moving from informal, ad-hoc support to clear and consistent processes

  • helping managers feel confident having supportive conversations

  • embedding inclusive practice into everyday decisions

  • strengthening leadership ownership and accountability

Small, well-chosen steps often have the biggest impact.

đź›  Practical support that fits your organisation

Our support is practical, realistic and shaped around your people.

Depending on what you need, this may include:

  • reviewing current policies, practices and processes

  • helping you embed inclusive recruitment and progression approaches

  • improving how workplace adjustments are requested, agreed and reviewed

  • supporting managers to feel confident and capable

  • strengthening leadership behaviours and organisational culture

  • improving access to learning, development and facilities

  • helping you understand representation and staff experience

Everything is designed to work in the real world — not just on paper.

🤝 Working together

We don’t arrive with a fixed solution.

Instead, we:

  • listen carefully

  • ask the right questions

  • work collaboratively with leaders, managers and teams

  • focus on what will genuinely help people in your organisation

Our role is to support, guide and build confidence — so inclusive practice becomes part of how things are done, not an extra task.

🌱 Lasting change, not quick fixes

Real inclusion is about consistency, trust and confidence over time.

By helping organisations move between levels of maturity in a thoughtful and supported way, we help create workplaces where:

  • disabled employees feel understood and supported

  • managers know what to do and feel confident doing it

  • leaders take ownership of inclusive culture

  • policies and practices actually work day-to-day
